GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

  •  The school hours are from 10:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m. Special classes which are arranged on other days by the Teachers are also be attended.
  •  All students must attend the morning assembly.
  •  Greet your friends, teachers and elders suitably and make them happy. Always respect your elders and teachers.
  • Come to school regularly in time; neither too early nor late,with proper text books, note books & this diary.
  •  The school uniform is compulsory on all the days. It should be stitched according to the model decided by the school.Lowwaist pants are not allowed as uniform.Hair cutting should be done in proper time. (Fashion hair cuttings are not allowed)
  • Keep your uniform, books,class room and school premises clean,neat, tidy,and fit.
  • Students must bring the diary to the class daily. No pupil is allowed to tear any page from this dairy. If it is lost, buy a new one immediately from the school office.
  • Irregular attendance,habitual negligence in school work,dishonesty,obscenity in word or act, in subordination or se-rious misconduct or threats even outside school are suffi-cient reasons for dismissal.
  • Pupils should be simple & modest in their dress. They are not expected to wear or keep valuables of any kind, espe-cially gold ornaments. School authorities are not responisble for loss and damage.
  • Pupils are responsible for the safe custody of their own books or belongings.
  • The damage or loss of the school property or that of other students,should be repaired by the respective students who caused it.
  • Playing in class rooms and on corridors is strictly prohibited.
  • Students suffering from contagious or infectious diseases will not be allowed to sit in the class.
  • Students shall neither borrow nor lend money. They are also not allowed to exchange articles.
  • All should be careful, not to throw any waste papers or waste articles on the floor of the school building or in the com-pound, The waste paper basket should be used for that purpose.
  • No books, news papers or periodicals other than school books, don’t bring in to the class.
  • Pupils from one class are not allowed to go to the other classes during the interval and lunch break.
  • Parents or others are not allowed to interview students or teachers during class hours without the sanction of the Principal.
  • Report of marks and conduct of the student will be send to the parents and that should be returned to the school duly singed or parents are informed to come to the school office and sign the report.
  • When pupils move along the corridors to another class or while going up and coming down through the staircase, the rule is KEEP LEFT always.
  • The change of address of student should be informed to the school authorities in due time.
  • Parents should attend the Parents meeting whenever it is convened.
  • Parents are always welcomed to school to check up the progress of their children. This visit will serve a lot of to strengthen Parent
  • Fees is to be paid as on the stipulated dates 
  • Defaulters of any type of fees will not be-allowed to attendthe classes. (Receipt of all the remittance of fees should bekept safely. Production of receipt is compulsory in all querriesabout remittance)
  • Along with snacks, and lunch, a small towel should bebrought. Proper eating habits are to be followed.
  • English is generally the lingua – franca in the school premises and pupils are expected to speak English only in or-der to acquire proficiency in usage.
  • School vehicles are plying to different routes and there are approved stops from where the children can board the ve-hicle. Pupils have to reach the place in time and’ the man-agement has no responsibility to the late comers.
    For any change in the route or boarding point a written request should be submitted in the office showing the reason and get the permission from the Principal before implement-ing this change.
  • No student is allowed to go home during the school hours except for extreme necessity and escorted by guardian or on producing proper letter from parent or guardian.
  • The school authorities reserve the right to take disciplinary action against any child, if in the opinion of the Principal he/she is found unfit on any grounds
  • Students are not allowed to bring mobile phones in the class, school compound or anywhere the school activities are functioning. Otherwise a fine of Rs 500/-should be charged.
